I purchased this figurine from an estate sale. The figure’s head was mostly missing, but I still paid $10 for it. I had been looking for a human figure to attach to this dear’s head. It fit perfectly! I just had to sculpt his shirt to hide the attachment. I had everything else to build this sculpture in my stash, with the exception of the orange flowers on the door frame. I found these flowers made out of tin. I had to paint them because they are actually holly leaves and flowers. They were red and green. I painted them to accent the orange and yellow in the governor’s coat. The base is a box that opens, a secret compartment!
